These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of artbarbright.com.au (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Art Bar Bright. This Site is an ecommerce website.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Art Bar Bright and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
Sale of Goods And Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services available on our Site.
The following goods are available on our Site:
- Art sessions;
- Grazing boards; and
- Gift Vouchers
The following services are available on our Site:
- Art sessions.
The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide. You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods on our Site:

- Debit
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Refunds for Services
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID LOCKDOWN – If your session is cancelled due to a government mandated closure of our studio, your tickets and grazing board will be rescheduled or provided to you as a credit at no extra charge. In the event this is not suitable, a flat $25 refund fee per transaction will be applied to cover transaction, web and administration costs.
In the event that we have to cancel your session, for circumstances such as not meeting minimum attendee numbers, or a cancellation by an artist, we will provide you with a credit voucher to the amount purchased valid for 1 year from the original purchase date or a full refund.
Group events must be cancelled at least 7 days before the event to be eligible for a credit voucher. No refunds will be given unless cancellation is due to a government mandated restriction.
If you cancel your session more than 72 hours before your scheduled start time you are eligible for a full credit for a future session within one year from the purchase date. If you require a refund, it will be minus a flat $25 refund fee per transaction that is applied to cover transaction, web and administration costs with the exception of a cancellation of a group of
If you cancel your session between 3 and 72 hours before your scheduled start time, you are eligible to receive a credit voucher for a future session within one year from the purchase date. An administration fee of $25 will be deducted prior to you receiving your credit. You are not eligible for a refund.
If you cancel your session within three hours of the start time or you are a ‘no show’, you forfeit your eligibility for a refund or a credit note.

All rights, including copyright, in the content of www.artbarbright.com.au web pages are owned or controlled by Art Bar Bright. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, transmit, show or play in the public, adapt or change in any way the content of the artbarbright.com.au web pages for any commercial purpose whatsoever without prior written permission of Art Bar Bright. Artwork has been purchased or developed by our staff and belongs solely to Art Bar Bright.
Photo and video permission
By purchasing goods or services from our website you grant permission to use images and videography for use by Art Bar Bright for promotional purposes.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Art Bar Bright and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Art Bar Bright and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

No oral advice or written information given by Art Bar Bright, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the purchaser rely on any such information or advice.; - Allergy Disclaimer: The food provided in our grazing box is sourced from various local companies and may include food that contains or may contain: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, fish, shellfish, soy, lupin, wheat or soy.
